
Age: All dogs must be 12 weeks (3 months) of age or older
Spay/Neuter: All Dogs must be spayed or neutered. Puppies less than 6 months of age are exempt from this requirement.
Shots: You must provide proof of current vaccinations for DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus) and Rabies.
Collars/Tags: All dogs must wear press release collars with proper identification plus rabies tag.
Leash: Please walk your dog to and from daycare/boarding on a leash.
Reservations: Drop-ins are not allowed. All dogs must have a reservation prior to attending.
Health: All dogs must be in good health. Owners must certify that their dog(s) have not been ill in the last 30 days.
Dogs who have been ill in the last 30 days will require a veterinarian’s certificate of health to be admitted.
Food: Dogs in daycare will not be fed unless special arrangements have been made. If you have a dog(s) in boarding, you are not required to bring your own food, although it is recommended as it is best for your dog to stay on the diet to which they are accustomed.
Payment: All services must be paid in full prior to the start of any dog attending Rocky Hill Ranch.
Payments made in cash or check only.
Late Fee: You will be charged an additional $10.00 for any dog that is picked up after 6pm.
Cancellation: We ask you to cancel 48 hours in advance for your daycare or boarding reservation. Dogs in daycare are charged their normal rate for a no show and boarders are charged a one night cancellation fee if 48 hours advance notice is not given.
As the guardian of the dog(s) of Rocky Hill Ranch you understand Rocky Hill ranch, its owners, employees, officers, directors, agents, will exercise due care to protect the health and safely of your dog while in their care, and in the event your dog(s) becomes ill or sustains injury you have given permission for those in charge to take whatever steps are necessary to obtain medical treatment for your dog, and you agree to pay all charges incurred. You consent to any veterinarian being retailed to render care for your dog(s). You understand the concept of daycare is to allow for dogs to socialize by interacting with dogs and people. As always, with the interaction of dogs, there is a chance of injury, or a communicable illness being transferred to your dog. You understand that the dogs will be in a fenced in area and that certain dogs have the ability to climb or jump fences and the inherent risk of this. You assume all risks of injury or illness to your dog while at Rocky Hill Ranch or while in transportation, so long as reasonable care is taken to prevent any unnecessary injury, death, or loss. Also if you ask for more than one of your dogs to be placed in the same area you assume liability to any injury they cause to each other. By having your dog(s) attend Rocky Hill Ranch, you agree not to file legal charges against Rocky Hill Ranch, their owners, employees, officers, directors, or agents for any injury, illness, death, or loss to your dog. You hereby waive and release Rocky Hill Ranch, their owners, employees, officers, directors, or agents from any and all liability of any nature for any injury, illness, death, or loss to your dog resulting from Rocky Hill Ranch's actions or from the action of your dog or any other dog while in the custody of, regardless of where they are, Rocky Hill Ranch. If a life threatening injury occurs Rocky Hill Ranch will attempt to contact the owner(s) of the dog(s) immediately to receive specific instructions on how to proceed or take the dog(s) to its veterinarian on file. In the event your dog causes injury to another dog or human while at Rocky Hill Ranch, you agree to indemnify and subrogate Rocky Hill Ranch from any action which may be brought against it, and from any defense, settlement, or judgment against it. You will assume all liability for the action of your dog(s) and agree to maintain any liability insurance needed in order to cover you in the event of such an accident.
